மல்லிதா->சென்னை Dish

Ingredients
Wheat Flour -1cup
Maida Flour -1cup
Salt-1spoon
Sugar
Water

->Mix the above mixture in water and prepare a dough.
->prepare small balls with the dough
->Heat a tawa, add 3cups of water,once the water boils
->Now cook the rotis in the water
->Stain and remove the roti
->sprinkle the sugar and the scraped coconut on top of the roti and the delightful Mallidha is now ready to serve

GROUNDNUT GULABJAMUN

INGREDIENTS:

Sugar-500gms

Groundnut-100gms

Maidha-100gms

Cardomom Powder-1/2 teaspoon

Saffron -3/4 teaspoon

Refined Oil-1/2kg

Baking Soda-1/2 teaspoon

Salt- to taste

Jeera:
->Immerse 500gms of sugar in 200ml of water and boil it for 5min
->Add cardomom powder and pinch of Saffron powder
->Allow this jeera to cool


GulabJamun Balls:

-> Roast the groudnut and remove the husk

->Soak the groundnut overnight

->Grind it as paste and now add 1cup of maidha for 1cup of paste

->Now add cardomom powder,1/2 spoon of baking soda,a pinch of salt,pinch of saffron

->prepare this into a dough and make small balls and fry the balls untill golden brown in a pan of oil

->Put these balls into the perpared Jeera

->You can now enjoy the yummy Groundnut Gulab Jamuns
